🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All protective stickers, tags, and seals must remain intact
• Returns are accepted only for quality issues or manufacturing defects

Note: We do not accept returns due to preference changes, incorrect model choice, or minor visual differences.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If your watch arrives damaged or not working, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos or video of the issue
• Your order number

We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the case.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You’ll receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method (or store credit if requested).

Crypto refunds are issued at the USD value at the time of the original purchase.

• Dispatch Time: Orders that are marked “Ready to Ship” are typically dispatched within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation
• Shipping Carriers: DHL, EMS, UPS, or similar international couriers depending on your location

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Asia & Australia: 7–12 business days

• Protected with an additional shipping box to ensure safe transit

6. 📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

7. 📦 Delivery Acceptance

We recommend someone be present at the delivery address to receive your parcel. If the courier cannot deliver, they may leave a notice or schedule another attempt.

8. 🔁 Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately. Changes can only be made if the item has not yet shipped.
